Products & pricing
Prices are displayed in South African rand. We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and pricing accurate, but obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Product images may be illustrative. Manufacturer specifications and packaging can change without notice where the supplied item remains materially equivalent to the description.
Orders
Submitting checkout creates an order request. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the order moves into processing, subject to stock availability and any required verification.
We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or another lawful reason. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded as required.
Payment
- EFT payments must use the order number as the reference and remain unconfirmed until cleared.
- Card payments are processed securely by Yoco. The Tech Squad does not receive or store complete card details.
- Refunds are processed according to the returns, warranty and cancellation terms and applicable law.
Delivery, returns & warranty
The Delivery & Collection, Returns & Refunds and Warranty policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Content, branding and original website material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tech Squad is not responsible for indirect loss caused by website downtime, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law & updates
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them when the business, website or law changes. The version shown at checkout applies to that order, subject always to applicable law.
