The Courier Guy
- A flat R150 courier fee applies to standard orders.
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and order processing.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, public holidays, severe weather, courier capacity or events outside our reasonable control.
- A tracking number will be emailed and shown on the order-tracking page once the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery details
Customers must provide a complete and accurate street address, postal code, email address and reachable phone number. Additional courier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. Report visible courier damage or an incorrect item to info@thetechsquad.co.za as soon as reasonably possible and keep all packaging for assessment.
Free Cape Town collection
Collection is free from Kraaifontein, Cape Town, strictly by appointment. We will confirm the collection time and exact collection details after payment has cleared and the order is ready.
Do not travel to collect until you have received a ready-for-collection confirmation.
Unavailable stock
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law.
